The beauty and culture of ancient Iran is being recreated amidst hustle and bustle of Mumbai city.

A grand, very modern and luxurious residential tower with Persian architecture and ancient Zoroastrian faith is coming up in a very busy suburb (Dadar) of Mumbai.

(An absolute visual delight!)

Della Tower is inspired by ancient Achaemenian design and style. The awe-inspiring architectural structures at Persepolis and Pasargade near Shirazin Iran are the inspiration for architects @ Della Tecnica.

Della Tecnica is a Mumbai based ‘Design & build’ company which thrives on the motto of ?

“We are MAD” – Making a difference!!!

Iranian marble, glazed mosaic, motifs and panels are being used in the construction. Ground + 19 floors and an Exhibition hall are being built.

The lower section of the tower will have historical panels on display and can be accessed every evening by the public with guides and ushers dressed in Achaemenian costumes.

Architectural elements of Pasargade and Persepolis etc. to be incorporated in design of the tower.

  1. Dear Sir/Mam,

    Greetings from Arkade Group!!!

At the outset let me take this opportunity to congratulate you on the marvel the you have created in the form of Della House(Dadar). It really looks spectacular and has added another silver line in the skyline of Mumbai.
Out of my inquisitive nature, wanted to know the name of the of the individual who has designed the external lightings for the same.

    Highest Regards,
    Nimesh Jain.
